Zach Carusona – Director
Zach currently serves as President of the Industrial and Specialty Products business at U.S. Silica Company, where he has worked since 2011. Zach and his wife Lauren reside in Chicago’s Western Suburbs with their four children, their 3rd of which has Down Syndrome and brings enormous smiles to his siblings and parents every day. Zach and Lauren first connected with NADS as an information resource following the son’s prenatal diagnosis, and later as a recipient of the Welcome Basket after their son joined the world. In their spare time, Zach and his family love to ski, boat, hike, travel, and do just about anything else that gets them outside.
