Michael J. Marthaler, MBA is a financial services professional with more than 30 years of experience in wealth management and financial technology. Inspired by his daughter, Milliana, who has Down syndrome, Michael is a dedicated advocate for inclusion and opportunity within the DS community.
After receiving a Welcome Basket from NADS following Milliana’s birth, Michael was inspired to give back by serving on the NADS Board of Directors. He is passionate about supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families through advocacy, education, and community engagement.
Michael and his wife, Jennifer, owner of Beautifully Different Designs by MJM and a longtime NADS sponsor, live in Roselle, Illinois with Milliana. As a family, they enjoy traveling to the beach and cherish spending time together.
