• Exhibitor fees ($75) include one 6 foot table for 2 people with a white table cloth.
  • Lunch would be included in the fees for 2 Exhibitor participants.
  • It is recommended that the tables are staffed during all Conference hours.
  • Any and all state and or local requirements (business licenses, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor.
  • The National Association of Down Syndrome is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any costs incurred by the Exhibitor.
  • Any Exhibitor planning to attend any of the Conference programs (sessions, workshops, and/or banquets) MUST register and purchase tickets to these events, unless they are the presenter for a session.
  • Cancelation Policy: NO refunds will be issued for cancelation.
  • Disclaimer Policy Statement:  NADS does not promote any therapy, treatment, institution or professional system, etc.
  • Exhibitor Hours: Exhibitors should have their tables ready for presentation by 7:00 AM and stay throughout the duration of the conference (4:30).
  • Unfortunately items cannot be shipped to St. Ignatius prior to the event.
  • WI-FI:  St. Ignatius offers free Wi-Fi for anyone who wishes to connect to the internet.  You will be given a flyer, upon registration on how to access the service.
