Josh Binder – Director
Josh currently serves as Executive Director of the Beyond Sports Foundation, a non-profit
providing academic and athletic resources to student-athletes from underserved populations
throughout the Chicagoland area. He also owns and operates Outwork Elite Basketball, which
provides travel teams and camps, including their Outwork All-Star Camps with Special Olympics
Illinois, where he also has the privilege of serving on their strategic planning committee.
He and his wife Stacy have two children Wesley(9) and Madisyn(3). Maddie rocks her 21st
chromosome everyday with a little sass and a whole lot of sunshine. She is an inspiration to
everyone she meets, and is always open for hugs and high fives. Josh and his family look
forward to being a part of the NADS family and helping it continue to prosper as an outstanding
resource for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
