A benefit for NADS — This wildly fun fundraiser helps to financially support the programs and services NADS provides to children and adults with Down syndrome and their families.

Parking: Parking will be at the indoor parking facility located directly across from the convention center which is connected by a sky-bridge to the ballroom. Parking is included in the cost of our menu package. The cost of valet parking may be available, but will not be included in your ticket.
Proceeds from this event support the programs NADS provides to individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

Reservations & Seating:
Please note that there are changes to our ticketing process this year. PLEASE encourage your family and friends to take advantage of our early bird pricing. Adult ticket prices will increase after September 15th. Model meals are provided at no cost. Please note on the model form what meal you would like if taking advantage of this option.
Individual Ticket Prices:
- Early Bird Pricing: $65 per adult/$40 per child (10 years old & under) if purchased by September 15
- $75 per adult/$40 per child (10 years old & under) if purchased between Sept. 16-Sept. 30
- $100 per adult/$40 per child (10 years old and under) if purchased on October 1 or later

**Please note that these prices are based on tables of 10, regardless of whether adults or children are seated at the table. Highchairs are considered a spot. Children’s meal prices do not pertain, however you will be required to note when purchasing how many children’s meals are needed at the table.

Ticket price includes the lunch and complimentary parking in the adjacent parking garage. The lunch menu served would be similar to past years; a chicken entree, salad, and chocolate cake for dessert. If you purchase a child ticket, the menu will be a salad, chicken tenders/fries and chocolate cake for dessert. We will take requests for guests that have dietary restrictions that include gluten free or vegetarian.
All guests planning to be seated with your family/group will need to have purchased a ticket. For models eating free, just note your choice on the model form. Anyone who does not have a ticket will not be allowed into the ballroom. All models will need to arrive by 12:45 pm.
We will send an email to all model families with a list of guests who have made reservations requesting seating with the model family/group the week before the show.

In order to express the models personality along with a burst of fashion, we are asking that each participant select their own choice of clothing this year. There is no need to report the outfit that the model is wearing. Since this is our 14th year in celebrating the fashion show, it would be nice to “showcase” our models with style. Please dress for Sunday’s best. We recommend something other than sports paraphernalia, jeans, lounge wear, Halloween costumes or any type of uniform. Please try to be unique and creative, including the use of props and accessories.
Siblings are welcome to participate. Each family will be responsible for making arrangements for an escort and/or supervision for their child/children. Escorts and/or siblings outfits can be coordinated with the model or dressed in white tops and black bottoms. It will be necessary that each model be supervised by an adult before and during and the fashion show. Models will not be able to be seated at the luncheon and receive a meal unless they have purchased a reserved seat.
The runway is in a “U” shape so models start on one side and exit the other side so everyone in the room has an opportunity to see all of the models on the runway. Models will be asked to meet in the model room to begin lining up at 12:50 so models will have time to change outfits after the lunch is served.
Each family needs to submit photos of your child. Photos will be used for the slide shows, program, script identification, and decorations. Please submit no more than five photos. One photo will be used in the program book. If you have a preference as to which photo you would like used in the program, please let us know, if not the committee will choose which picture to use. The photo used in the program book will be similar to a wallet size so it should be a close-up. The more contrast in the photo will provide a better image in the program. Additional photos can be your child alone or with family and friends. If possible, please submit photos in jpeg format with high resolution. All five photos should be sent electronically to: email@example.com no later than September 15th. If we do not receive photographs prior to this date, a photo will not be included in the show.
Model Information Form:
The Model Information Sheet is an online form that must be completed to confirm your spot in the show. We have streamlined the information gathering process so it is less burdensome on the model family. Please visit the following link to complete your information.
