- New Cognitive Fitness Program Available
Research-based brain wellness activities, compensatory strategies, and skill-building exercises are highlights of a new six-week Cognitive Fitness Program offered by the SLL Clinic. Beginning October 9th on the Evanston campus, the program is designed both for individuals with memory or cognitive difficulties as well as those seeking to maintain and enhance their skills. Participants are placed into one of two groups based on the results of a cognitive screening conducted before registration. The program, held on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30, costs $220 and is offered in the fall, winter and spring.
