“Where there is charity and wisdom, there is neither fear nor ignorance.”
FRANCIS OF ASSISI

Josh

On the Job

Josh Rosenblum has lived in Evanston all his life. He is the youngest of 9 children and is a guy with much personal charm. Josh graduated from Park School at age 21 and he lives in a group home not too far from his family home.

Josh’s mom, Louise, recently wrote about his job:
Josh has loved his job and, of course, has made good friends with all of the staff at the Allen Center at Northwestern University. They are a great group and it is wonderful to me that they look out for each other and for him. In freezing days they get him to the train or home and celebrate all the holidays in great style and fun. Josh can be depended on and has never missed a “sick” day.

Josh just celebrated his 38th birthday and I think he sets a great example for responsibility and he would be a good role model for young adults with Down syndrome and maybe for all young hard workers.
